    • Same here. I like adding a little variety but still making things easy. No time during the week to spend all night in the kitchen!

Whoop whoop! 5 easy goodies with one click!! These look amazing. You know I love that tenderloin and tried the great ravioli too. Trying the bowl recipe next! You ROCK!!!

    • The taco bowls are hands down David’s favorite. He’s semi-obsessed. Recently, I haven’t even been adding the rice. He just dives right in before I can get the rice cooked.

  • Pamela

All of these sound amazing! I definitely need to make the baked ravioli soon! I meant to get stuff to make that this weekend! And I love anything buffalo chicken!

  • AH! I needed these recipes. Thanks, Claire. I’ve been wanting to add a little more variety into our meal rotation, but it’s so hard because so many meals take 100000000000 minutes to prepare.

    • Girl, I’m with ya. I never feel like making something that takes forever – especially after working all day.

  • YUM! These all look delish, but you totally won me over with crockpot + buffalo 😀

  • Definitely trying the crockpot chicken tacos this week!

  • Laura

Crockpot meals are the best when you have little time! I love coming home from work to a house that smells like I was cooking all day too!

  • Kristin

What I love is that these kind of meals work double duty as leftovers for lunch OR for two nights in a row. So convenient. I should do a similar post with back-to-school season coming…

  • Love all of these! We make a similar one to your chicken taco bowls that we call Mexican Chicken, and it is definitely our go-to meal! :)
