Summer staples

I live in some version of this look all summer long. Shorts, tee, sneakers, top-knotted hair + sunnies. It’s just too easy.

Yesterday I opened my drawer of shirts and discovered that two more shirts no longer fit. I’ve been trying to wear the regular tops as long as I can but when the elastic band of the shorts shows at the bottom of the tee, well… that’s probably not a good look. Time to pull out the maternity tops because they’re much longer and accommodate for this growing belly! Good thing Megan and I popped into Target on Saturday and found some on clearance. We almost left without the one thing we went in for – wooden skewers. But more on that later.
