Ahhh, weekends. A good weekend is good for the soul.
The only thing that would have made this one better is if we could have one more day before Monday strikes.
Some highlights from Greenville with Kaitlyn and Andre:
– Laughter; nonstop. There’s just something about being with family, right?
– Coppy got to come along for the ride. Actually that part was unplanned but since it was 4 degrees on Friday night, we thought he might die if he stayed home by himself. And since both of our parents were out of town, he came down too and did a great job.
– We got tons of decisions made about Kaitlyn’s new house!
– We watched this.
Because obviously you can’t have our family together and not quote Dumb & Dumber at least once over the course of a weekend. So if the new one’s out and no one’s seen it… well, it just all adds up.
-Obviously, I fell asleep during the movie. The first half of the movie was good!
-Chocolate + strawberries. The deliciousness just can’t be denied.
– Kait helped me work out some the new stuff that’s coming to F+F soon! There’s just something about a sister’s advice that tops all others. {If you’re lost, I first mentioned it on Instagram last week.}
– Dinner. And the fact that we remembered to get a picture. #thatsafirst
– Joey’s book is only $1.99 this week on Amazon. Joey was one of my first blogger friends and she’s a self-published author. I haven’t read her book yet but you better believe I’m downloading it this week.
– Speaking of blogger friends… what do you recommend? Google Adsense or BlogHer? And why do you recommend it? I see good things about both every time I try to research it. Gimme some real life testimonials, girls.
Alllll that and then I was able to get multiple things checked off my list on Sunday. One of those was taking blog pictures. This week’s fashion posts are themed Fashion {experiment} week. Stay tuned for some fresh twists on regular pieces because I had a blast shooting them.
