Friday favorites: the winter warmth edition

In the winter time, a great outfit starts with a great jacket!  Here are four that I can’t live without because they keep me warm and cozy but they look great, too!  {And that is what we call a favorite around here!}

{ONE} the black + white

You can’t got wrong with this one.  It’s the easiest way to make black pants look interesting.  And then a bright scarf?  Boom.  You’ve got an outfit!

{TWO} the casual

{THREE} the everyday

And when I say everyday, I literally mean every day.  {All those who see me on a regular basis are in agreement.}  It’s my go-to.  My favorite.  I can wear it with jeans or dress pants.  It looks good no matter what scarf, boots or pants it’s paired with.  David bought it for me for Christmas probably… 4 years ago?  Haven’t stopped wearing it since.

{FOUR} the longer length

If I’m being honest, this one is harder for me to pull off.  But when I do find the right outfit, it’s heavenly.

{FIVE} oh and…

I’ve been slack recently.  I took last week off for Thanksgiving.  And then Sunday when I tried to get back to blogging, my computer had other ideas.  So I’ve been trying to get her back to normal.  Wish my girls luck, tonight.  First away game!

Wednesday I mentioned that I’m interested in starting a monthly goals linkup.  Comment if you’re interested!

I’m pumped for this weekend because I’m sleeping in, cleaning and crafting tomorrow.  And then heading to a small Christmas dinner party with our favorites!  What do you have planned?

  • Absolutely love all these “warm” looks but the houndstooth pattern jacket is amazing!! Living in Boston puffy is the way I like to go, but if it’s down then it’s more compact so it’s not that heavy!! Hope you have a great weekend!
